Hair care:
- You do need to trim off bad ends and shape (style & healthy look) – even while growing your hair.
- Eating well and drinking water
- Stress/ chemicals can cause lots of damage to the body. Vitamins may also be needed, e.g.:
B-Complex
Robert Barefoot Coral Calcium 2000 mg
I use this shampoo & conditioner (for my hair) and sometimes as a face wash and the conditioner as a face moisturizer (re. Acne & dry skin – works great)

Why are there pimples on my scalp?
Ok so I have pimples on my scalp, and when I’m nervous or bored, I pick at them and sometimes they bleed. My mom said that if I keep doing that, they might get infected and parts of my hair might fall out. I haven’t been doing it for the past couple days and I have been using a mild shampoo, and they seem to be getting better, but should I do something else or see a doctor? Thanks!

I get pimples on my scalp too, and I too have a tendency to pick and scratch at them when I’m not paying attention. I just let them go away on their own, and that seems to work fine. Plus, since it’s under my hair, I don’t feel self-conscious about the pimples being there. Picking and scratching at them will not make your hair fall out at all. I don’t know where your mom got her information from, but she needs a new source on that one.

What to do about 5 mo. olds dry scalp and pimples?
My 5 mo. old has always had a little bit of a dry scalp, but more recently it seems worse. He has these dry patches that turn a yellowish color and they’re kind of thick I guess you would say. He also has been getting a lot of pimples on the back and the sides of his head. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas of what I should do about this. It seems to bother him since he tries scratching at his head. Thanks a lot in advance!!

It is probably a little bit of cradle cap all you can do i be careful around it and put some lotion or baby oil on it. As far as the pimples I wouldn’t mess with them. If he is 5 months he should have a 6 month check up coming up. I would try me best to keep him from messing with them and ask his dr at the check up.
Good luck
