Donald asks…

Popped pimple on scrotum caused swell in bladder with no pain?

I popped one pimple on my scrotum with Aloe Vera plant’s(from my mom’s garden) sharp pointy tip & white ooze came out.
Couple days later, I noticed that my bladder area swelled but no pain at all.

School doctor gave me some antibiotic for one week & cured it.

Why did this happen?
Is scrotum & bladder connected somehow?

admin answers:

Obviously, your penis and bladder are connected but not sure how an external infection on your
scrutum would affect your bladder. It may have been a coincidence or it could have been an
infection in your inguinal lymph nodes. Next time, use a sterile
needle or just squeeze the pimple with your fingers.

pimple on scrotum what is it?

I have one pimple on my scotum. Its been there for a while and its generally gotten smaller till so there is no white in the middle anymore. I have never had sex though so what can it be?

admin answers:

The skin has many different abnormalities but it is normal for all us to have some. What you might have is a fordyce spot or maybe it really is just a pimple. I would just leave it alone and not worry about it. There is no need to get insecure about it. If you are that worried I would go see the doctor. If you don’t want to do that, find a doctor you don’t mind seeing. I am guessing you are younger, so I suggest finding a doctor you trust sooner rather than later.

I have a pimple on my scrotum is it serous?

Is it serous becuase im just 13 and im really anxious and worried i haven’t done anything to it I just have 1.

admin answers:

I bet it’s not a pimple – I bet it’s a little infection in a hair follicle. Scrotums don’t get out in the air much, so it’s surprising they don’t get more infected hairs… Just keep your eye on it – and put a tiny bit of alcohol on it if it begins to bleed out.

Pimple looking things near scrotum on 7 week old?

My son is 7 weeks old and seems to have developed what looks like a pimple underneath is scrotum on his bum… I am thinking I’ll go to the doctors on Monday but until then I’m asking if anyone else has experienced this… It is red and hard and bled a tiny bit earlier today and he doesn’t like when I touch it which would imply to me that is hurts him.
It’s large, red and hard
He doesn’t have diaper rash

admin answers:

I guess I would need pictures but my son gets little pimple like things all the time there. My ped told me that it was his pores being clogged from all the diaper cream we were using. He for some reason has tons of diaper rash from teething…so now he has to go Commando and took some soaks in the tub until his pores cleared up.

The only other thing i can think of that causes the white bumps is a yeast infection or a somewhat severe diaper rash.

The yeast infection you will need a cream from the baby doc to battle it, this type of diaper rash hurts more than others…if it is a more severe diaper rash, even if it is just in that spot (tends to stay moist there), the white bump is actually a break down of tissue…dead skin.

Either way, keep him as dry as possible. Every time he goes to the bathroom, pat him dry and use a non fragrance soap with warm water to clean him until you can see the doctor. Most of the time with just allow the baby to air dry and using soap and water gets it fairly healed within a day or two.

Good luck!

Pimple on scrotum? What is it?

Based on the small research I have made, this is probably a very minor problem, but wish to seek other opinions. I am 16 and have never had sexual intercourse, so STD’s or anything of the matter sound very unlikely. It seems in the matter of a day (or less) I have developed a red-like pimple far in the right side of my scrotum. It is about the size of a small pea and is hot and irritated to the touch. I don’t feel any odd pain through my sack when I touch it, but the “pimple” itself gives off small pain. What I want to know is if what I have described here could be anything else and if it is what I believe it to be, what is the best way to get rid of it. Usually I would play dumb and pop it but I am fearful of doing so considering it is attached to my privates. It is slightly irritating to walk with it because I do rub against it with each step I make, so if there is a shorter method to get rid of it than just waiting it out, then great.

Also, has anyone else had a similar or exact situation as I am currently in?

admin answers:

The same thing happened to me about 3 months ago and it turned out to be an ingrown hair.I just popped it cleaned it and in a couple days it was fine.

This happens to people who shave a lot.

If you start to get more or it gets worse then i would recommend going to a doctor immediately.
