Have Your Foot Odor Under Control
Lets get straight to the point, »smelly feet« or foot odor is a thing you need to deal with. You may find yourself embarrassed and there is no need for such inconvenience. First you should clean and wash your feet daily or even more times per day. By using antibacterial soap, you should get rid of large portion of your foot odor cause. Wash your feet completely and do not forget to dry them completely, when you are done.
Change your socks every day, no question asked. Old socks are full of dead skin cells which feed the bacteria. Wash them in hot water. The best material for your feet is cotton.
Change your footwear. When did you last change your pair of shoes? If you do not remember, maybe it is time to buy a new pair. They will absorb moisture and keep your feet dry.
