What cured/controlled your acne??? NEED HELP!?
I have TRIED everything and recently I had a VERY bad outbreak of acne. Went to the Dr, he put me AGAIN on antibiotics (tetracycline), but this time the max dosage (which is 1000 mg). Anyway its been 1 month and just a LITTLE improvement. Its very bad. I want to go on ACCUTANE but I recently had a boob job (1.5 month) so im not sure you can go on it after surgery. WHAT HAS WORKED FOR YOU? DID STRESS PLAY A PART IN IT? DID ANY PARTICURLAR FOODS/DRINKS IMPROVE YOUR SKIN? HOW LONG DID ACCUTANE TAKE FOR YOU TO SEE IMPROVEMENT?
THANX TO EVERYONE WHO CAN HELP ME OUT!! IM SOOOOO DEPRESSED, HAVENT LEFT THE HOUSE IN 2 WEEKS
so behind in classes shit!
Vitamin C, 2-4 grams (2000-4000 mg) per day. I take it for general immune support, not for acne, but noticed that as a side effect. Makes sense if you think about it — pimples are little infections, which is exactly what vitamin C helps your body deal with. Same principle as the antibiotics the doc gave you, except it helps your immune system instead of tearing it down like antibiotics do.
