What is ACNE?
This is the most frequent question form teenagers. Acne is nothing but an inflammatory skin disease which is characterized by pimples and flare-ups on face. Acne usually appears during adolescence age.
There are many causes for acne. Most frequent causes are: Genetics, Hormones, Stress, Washing The Face Too Often, Plugging Oil Ducts etc.
Genetics: A grater chance for the children to have Acne if their parents had acne in their teenage years. Genes carry information from parents to children. This problem cannot be cure very fast. We need regular checkup and excellent medical treatment to get rid of Acne.
Diet: Dermatologist not yet decided till now that diet can cause Acne. But few dermatologist experts who believe that Diet may cause Acne.
Washing the Face Too Often: Wash your face regularly with protected soaps. If you wash your face too often then acne problem will aggravate. Washing face regularly will clear dry amount of oil and it protects your skin form environment.
Few years back I had suffered with this Acne problem. Since my teenage i was completely plagued with severe Cystic Acne. I thought that Acne was a teenager’s thing. Almost 14 years i suffered with this disease. I suffered from frequent and severe flareups. Really i spent thousands of dollars on doctors, dermatologist on my skin disease. I asked many of my engineering friends. They helped me by giving different product names. I haven’t found any advantage with those products.
Lastly i found a book named Acne No more. Which helped me alot? If you are really facing with this problem then don’t waste your time and money on products. Consult any nice doctors or the best dermatologist who can solve your problem from Acne. And take care of the above mentioned causes.
