Lisa asks…
Cystic Acne?
I have bad cystic acne on my face where my beard should be. It started when my facial hair started growing in around 17 and it has been from getting bad to semi-better and then bad again for 2 years now. I’ve tried everything from prescriptions, home remedies, over the counter, pro active, murad…… basically everything except accutane. I’m wondering if anybody knows of anything that worked for them with this type of acne. I’m leaning towards the accutane because I am absolutely sick of the pain, embarrassment, dryness, and wasted money associated with this acne. Any suggestions?
admin answers:
You should absolutely try accutane, because that’s what’s made for. I don’t have cystic acne, but mild to moderate inflamatoy acne, and wanted to be put on accutane, but my dermo wouldn’t let me.
But I would do it if I were you, because it would probably be the the thing that would work best on your type of acne.

Maria asks…
Cystic acne?
Are there any ways of getting rid of cystic acne without medications like roaccutane? I’m willing to try anything. This isn’t caused by diet or anything, it’s caused by too much oil being produced in my skin. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
admin answers:
Large doses of Vitamin B5. Check out the link below. This method is effective for 90-95% of people who try it.
Make sure to take a B-complex with it.

How do you tell the difference between cystic and normal acne?
I read cystic acne was ‘large pus filled pimples’ and i have a few of those, but they go away relatively quickly, which i read cystic acne doesn’t. So how do i tell what i have?
admin answers:
I used to have cystic pimples until i changed my diet,so this probably might help you——– a lot of food ingredients(not fresh meat, veg, fish, cheese, potato’s,etc) are man made from chemicals, now if i gave you a teaspoon of chemical to drink, you probably wouldn’t be surprised with the new cystic pimple growing the next day, how do i know? I lived this nightmare of cystic pimples,as one was dying, ping i could feel the next one coming, running home from school or getting up in the morning to look in the mirror(juli, stop looking in the mirror they won’t go any quicker),making excuses not to go out and staying in to apply mud from mexico, slime from the bottom of the sea, face masks made from kangaroo poo,it looks a little bit better(who are you kidding)why do i only see one person in every million like me,because they aren’t allergic to anything,oh no i got another one, this will be my last one,it’s the end of my teenage years, this will be my last one i’m thirty and a half next week. I had 10 years of them, left mums house, bingo month later clear fresh complexion,if i went back to mums big spot again, mum said you’re allergic to something,6 months later we found that it was a food (chemical)ingredient added as a food flavouring, sauces, gravy, flavours put on breadcrumbs, drinks, curries, lots of things. No more bending over when a fit boy passes so my hair falls over my face.it should be easy to find out what your eating that your allergic to

Chris asks…
What are some options to get rid of cystic acne?
I wash myself 1-2 times a day with a good soap but I still have this gross cystic acne. It’s deep down under my skin like an inch. I have ones that are on the surface and ones that are deep underneath the surface that are very sore. Are there any products or home remedies I could use? Help I’m desperate :’(
admin answers:
You’re going to have to go to a dermatologist about that. I advise not to use SoloDyn, it will make you worse. Epiduo doesn’t work either. See if the dermatologist can remove them. Only antibiotic that may work is Tetracycline.
